Where do you ship to?
We now ship to Winelands, Cape Town and surrounds, Johannesburg & Pretoria (no surrounds), Durban (no surrounds). Due to cold-chain limitations, we do not yet ship entirely nationwide.
How much does shipping cost?

Winelands, Cape Town and surrounds: Free delivery on orders over R800. Flat rate delivery fee of R110 on orders less than R800.

Johannesburg, Pretoria (no surrounds): Free delivery on orders over R1650. Flat rate delivery fee of R450 on orders less than R1650.

Durban (no surrounds): Free delivery on orders over R2200. Flat rate delivery fee of R530 on orders less than R2200.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery will be within 2 - 4 working days from receipt of order. Orders placed on a Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive automated emails every time the status of your shipment changes.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept any Visa and Mastercard debit and/or credit cards.
Returns & Exchanges.
What is your return policy?
We love our products and hope you do too. We regretfully do not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased off our online store. If however an item is damaged upon arrival, we will set you up with an exchange item.

How do I give Kaas Club as a gift?
Firstly, that makes you a very tasteful gift-giver. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address into the designated fields during checkout. If you don’t know what you want to gift, keep it simple and purchase a gift card so they can select their gift themselves.
Products.
Are Kaas Club products dishwasher safe?
The ceramic bakers, stainless steel knives and black cheese slicer are 100% dishwasher safe.
No items that feature any wooden component are dishwasher safe. This includes boards, accessories and utensils.
Do the products come in packaging?
Yes. Every order is packaged in a kraft shipping box before it is sent out to you. We have ensured that all aspects of our packaging are either recyclable or compostable.
